5 of 5 Excellent product! April 7, 2021

I have been taking A4+ since last November 10th at which time my tumor marker was 21,600 (normal less than 8). My tumor marker is now 32, and additionally, my liver enzymes are in a normal range for the first time in decades. Can’t say enough good things about this product and would recommend it to anybody who wants better liver health! Thanks again to Brad Clarke and  Sabell Corp.

I have stage 4 NETS...I have limited liver function...I have been taking A4+ for 5 weeks ,and I am happy with the results...More energy ,less discomfort ..I will be continuing with A4+ ,to see if I can continue to improve..Thank you so much.. best regards RENO

I am so grateful to have been introduced to this product. I was reporting to the liver clinic every three months regarding my Hepatitis B and was told I had cirrhosis. I started taking A4+ 9 months ago and just got my first excellent report. No cirrhosis ... minimal fibrosis and I do not have to go back for a year!!
